Women’s health osteopath

Osteopathy is a safe and gentle treatment suitable for people of all ages.

Osteopaths are experts in addressing pain and other problems coming from the muscles, joints and associated soft tissues. We do this by providing a package of care that includes ‘hands on’ treatment, specific advice and exercise therapy, where required and based on your individual needs. Osteopaths are regulated health professionals, trained to degree level.

  • Expectant mothers and pregnancy.

  • Post birth issues (early on or many years later).

How it works

I ask questions about the nature of your problem, past history and lifestyle. I then perform a thorough examination of the area and other associated parts of the body.

From this I determine which treatment modalities to choose, and I provide hands on manual therapy techniques that are specific and suitable for each patient.

I provide three different appointments based on the needs of the individual:

  • Standard Osteopathy appointment.

  • Women’s health appointment.

  • The ‘Mummy MOT’ appointment.
